Here's a news flash: vacations
are not the same as work.
Your mind is different, your time is your own,
you're probably with somebody you like to be with,
and you are probably having too much fun.
But then again, Santa Fe is truly enchanting. It's ok. I understand.
Santa Fe is special, as is all of Northern New Mexico. People come here, fall in love with it, and try to figure out a way to make it work. Many more come here, buy a house as a vacation home & rental, and find themselves staying here for most of the year themselves
Of course if you have a trust fund, or have a couple of IPOs under your belt, there are few better places to hang your hat. The cultural scene is excellent, you have dozens of opportunities to volunteer on boards and other endeavors, and your friends will truly envy you.
There is no shortage of people ready to ease your way into the City Different, and I'd like to be the one to put such a group together for you. Mortage brokers, property managers, appraisers, moving guys, landscapers, cleaning services - they're all in my virtual rolodex. Let's get to work!
